What happens after the trial period?
After your 30-day trial, you can choose to subscribe to a paid plan or to stop using our services.
What payment methods do you accept?

Is it possible to cancel the plan?
Of course it is possible, after canceling the plan you can use your current plan until the end of the billing period.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan once within 3 months and switch to another plan. To change your plan again, you must wait 3 months before switching to another plan again.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes, we offer up to 15% discount when you choose annual billing instead of monthly.
How do I change my plan?
When changing from a lower to a higher plan, e.g. Basic to Premium, it is possible to do so during the subscription period but the Provider will be charged the difference between the prices for the two plans. Changing the subscription plan from a higher to a lower plan is only possible at the end of the subscription period because we do not allow switching during the 30-day subscription period, but this change is possible for the next subscription period. When changing from a higher to a lower plan from the next subscription period, the price of the lower plan is calculated and the Provider is shown that price for billing. The Provider must first meet the conditions for the lower plan to which it is changing (checking the number of locations, number of employees, number of services, number of reservations for the subscription period). The conditions must be met to be able to switch to a lower plan.
Are transitions possible for monthly and annual subscriptions?
If the Provider starts with a monthly subscription and during the period decides to switch to an annual one, after the monthly billing period ends, the annual billing period begins. To switch from an annual period to monthly billing, it is necessary to wait and enter the last month before the end of the annual billing period.
Do you provide customer support?
All plans include email support. Premium plans include priority support, and Enterprise plans get dedicated account managers.
